I have been reading the Bible through in either one or two years for about 5 years now. I prefer 2 years which gives me time to savor His Word not rushing through the reading to check off my daily reading! My preference is the Chronological reading. Reading the Bible in historical order works with my more analytical mind.
My Sunday Bible study is beginning the book of Revelation and I thought I would purchase the New Testament only for the class. Having a place for notes is a HUGE plus… then I got to thinking, why not all of the books in the set? So, I purchased all five Books.
I am still daily reading the Old Testament in Chronological order using a work sheet to follow the timeline. I love spending my early mornings reading His Word, savoring it, making notes, observations, comments.
I was surprised that I love the 2020 NASB. I prefer versions that capitalize the pronouns of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Otherwise, there are some sentences where it can be confusing. The Bible I have been using for 30+ years is NKJV.
Our Lord has blessed me and showing me His way. I have taken my Spiral Bible New Testament to show all of my friends.

Studying the Bible has always been difficult for me. I couldn't understand the text, then my mind would start to wonder; but this version is easy to understand and I absolutely love that it lays flat and has so much room for note-taking. Will definitely be buying from you again!
I love this because it lays flat. It’s got wide note columns. The font can be red. I can easily travel with them and my highlight markers in one bag. But one improvement could be one more twist of the spiral binding as the pages seem to come out and are a pain to get back in when switching books. So this process seems to interrupt my studies. That’s a little frustrating.
I am going to be using this in my read through the Bible when I get to Joshua, which is where my purchase starts. If I like it I will be purchasing the next one as well and on through the Bible.
I’m only just getting started on my spiral Bible. I can’t wait to delve deeper into Gods word in this form! All the distractions are gone now, thin pages with tiny words, bumped up bindings and a separate notebook taking up space on a small desk. This is gonna be great!!!
My Bible reading experience has improved in both the ease of which I can lay it flat and highlight, underline, and make notes in an easy and comfortable way. I wish all books were like this.
