This was my first time observing Lent, so I was looking for a way to do so that helped me navigate the this journey with intention. “40 Days to the Cross” did just that in a very meaningful way. I am already looking forward to next year’s version of this walk with Jesus, which I hope will be filled with different and inspiring passages of “Scripture, reflection, and prayer.”
I love this study. Easy to read and follow. I’ve also been sending every days readings since Lent started to four of my friends who don’t have the book. I take photos every morning and they love it. I don’t know if this is relevant, but we all have different religious backgrounds. I’m Catholic, three of my friend are Latter day Saints, and my other friend is Baptist. We all think this book is wonderful. Good job!!!!

I really love my 40 Days to the cross. It’s easy to read. Lays flat and the daily devotionals are easy to read. My only complaint is I thought the book would have been a larger size.
I like that the journal lays flat for easy writing. I like having a question to go with the reading each day. The flow of the devotion is straightforward and requires reflection on the part of the reader. I would like it to be slightly larger in size, but I am enjoying my devotional. Thank you!
It is my first time with guide for Lent. I am really liking it. I love that it has a verse and a prayer and a message with a place to reflect each day. It is helping me to feel connected. And focus more meaningfully during this special sacred time

I think it is a bit pricey for its size. I have ordered a few items from you thus I have something to compare to. It is a great lent companion but you might consider decreasing the price. Love the devotionals, prayers, and reflections. It is a great size as I can take it everywhere.
I am disappointed in the Bible in a year as it doesn’t take me through the entire bible as advertised. Based on what I saw online I thought I was buying a bible rather than a workbook. The quality of the items are good and the reflections are good. It’s just that the bible was not what I expected and the 40 Days to The Cross, while I love the reflections and the presentation of the book, I don’t know when I was to start it and even after reviewing I can’t figure it out.
I love the new perspective that Lent is a time returning to Jesus, a time to surrender to His will rather than focusing on the repentance of sins. Since reading Lent no longer a time when I focus on ALL my sins and end up feeling unforgivable.
I am enjoying the 40 Days to the Cross study very much. It is a great way to focus on Lent and get my mind going in the right direction each morning. I love the size and it fits nicely in my purse. The Scripture, devotional, reflection questions and prayer draw me close to God and remind me of His love for me.
This is an amazing devotional! Easter was always and will always be my favorite holiday, and getting to spend more time in God's Word is awesome, because I never fully understood why so much preparation went into Lent. This is an excellent companion to another daily devotional that I am using. I read both in the morning.
I love everything about it. I sometimes don’t know how to answer the questions. I wish it had an example (I’m weird like that).
I think that 40 Days to the Cross is a great Lent devotional. My only issue is that Lent starts on Ash Wednesday and I started week 1 that day. Day 7 of week 1 in the book is the Sabbath but by starting on Ash Wednesday, the Sabbath devotional is the following Tuesday. In my thinking, week 1 should be Ash Wednesday through the First Sunday of Lent. By starting the devotional on Ash Wednesday all the Sabbath days will fall on Tuesday. Not a big deal, just my personal observation.
Enjoying it and easy to read, love being able to write notes and prayers. When I showed my bundle to my daughter and her daughter; they both purchased a bundle. I plan to purchase a bundle for my other daughter. Thank you for gift a year of prayer.
The pointed and well written devotions are timely and enriching! My husband and I do them together every morning. This is the first devotional/study/prayer time that we have started and has lasted a full week- every day! A true blessings.

This was the first time that I did any type of devotional. Usually I am not a reader, but knowing that I had a beginning and an end made it much easier to complete. (Most times I don't like to do a lot of reading because I don't complete the book.) This devotional was not only fun to read but to apply as well. It made me reflect on a lot of things that not only were going on in my life, but reflect on things that I don't normally think about on a daily basis. Loved this and definitely would recommend....
